目的探讨个体化、系统健康教育对壮族糖尿病患者自我管理能力及血糖、血脂、血压等指标的影响。方法选取50名符合2型糖尿病诊断并住院2次以上的纯血统壮族糖尿病患者,进行全程系统健康护理干预,比较干预前及干预6个月后的自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识掌握、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及体重等指标的变化情况。结果干预6个月后患者的自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识的掌握及上述指标比干预前明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论个体化、全程教育护理干预可提高壮族糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,从而有效地预防和控制糖尿病并发症。
Objective To explore the impact of individualized and systematic health education on self-management ability, blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure among Zhuang diabetes patients. Methods A total of 50 purebred Zhuang diabetic patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hospitalized for more than 2 times were enrolled in this study. The whole system of health care interventions were performed. The self-management ability, diabetes related knowledge, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids and body weight and other indicators of changes. Results Six months after intervention, patients’ ability of self-management, knowledge of diabetes and the above indexes were significantly improved compared with before intervention, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Individualized and full-course nursing intervention can improve the self-management ability of diabetic patients in Zhuang and effectively prevent and control the complications of diabetes.
