一、写作缘起我于1992年考取武汉大学法学院国际经济法专业硕士研究生。但因保留学籍,在广州工作一年后于1993年秋季入学,错过了聆听景仰的姚先生教诲的机会,终身为憾。虽与姚先生素未谋面,但在考取研究生的过程中,我精读了姚先生的著作,在学术上受益终生。
First, the origin of writing I was admitted to Wuhan University Law School in 1992, Master of International Economic Law. However, due to the retention of student status, I entered Guangzhou in the fall of 1993 and missed the chance to listen to the admiration of Professor Yao. I regret my life. Although Mr. Yao has never met, but in the process of obtaining a graduate student, I read the book of Mr. Yao, academic benefits for life.
