盐城作为江苏省土地面积第一大市和人口总量第二大市,在江苏沿海地区发展和长三角一体化两大国家战略逐步实施的大背景下,呈现出前所未有的发展前景和巨大潜力。建筑业作为盐城市的一项支柱产业、传统产业和富民产业,如何跟上时代步伐、加快转型升级、实现科学发展,助推本地工业化、城镇化,提高对江苏省建筑业的贡献份额,是一个非常值得研究的课题。建筑业转型升级的有利条件和制约因素经过近年来的快速发展,盐城主要经济指标增幅超过全国和全省平均水平,社会经济发展跨上了新的台阶。
