2月20日,厦门市规划局开始对建设项目实施新的审批办法。新办法减少了审批手续,缩短了审核时间,审核内容更明细、更科学。新办法规定,开发商办理“两证一书”由7道手续减为4道,审批时间从140天减少到67天。主要是把原规划方案、用地总平面方案、建筑单体方案一次性进行综合审批,简化了报建程序。
On February 20, the Xiamen City Planning Bureau began implementing new approval methods for construction projects. The new method has reduced the examination and approval procedures, shortened the examination time, and made the examination more detailed and scientific. According to the new measures, the developer’s “two certificates” book is reduced from seven to four, and the approval time is reduced from 140 days to 67 days. The main purpose is to comprehensively review and approve the original planning plan, total land use plan, and construction monomer plan at one time, which simplifies the reporting process.
