From the survey of more than 30 teachers, the author finds that there are some misunderstandings in the teaching thinking, content, methods, and purpose of junior middle school composition teaching. Its specific performance is as follows: First, the teaching of composition is lack of planning and has great randomness and blindness. Although the Chinese language textbooks have been compiled with composition training units, but teachers still go their own way and are not able to play the paradigm of the textbooks. In many cases, it is the teachers who take it for granted to write an essay question.
