高中化学新课程与原有课程相比,在课程理念、课程结构、课程内容、课堂教学、课程和教学管理、考试评价等各方面都发生了很大变化。新课程理念是把学生培养成全面的人、完整健康的人。提倡将过程与方法,情感态度与价值观都加进来,其目的是减轻学生的负担。
