为了解南阳市从事放射工作人员造血组织损伤情况,探讨射线对血象的影响,选取467名放射工作者作为观察组进行职业健康检查,同时调查受照射剂量。另选取176名不接触放射线的医务人员作为对照组,统一检查标准,对结果进行比较。结果显示,观察组异常血象的出现和血细胞总数均值的下降,都比对照组明显(P<0.01)。但不同累积剂量、年均剂量和放射工龄之间,血象观察指标变化不明显(P>0.05)。
In order to understand the damage of hematopoietic tissue engaged in by radiation workers in Nanyang City and to explore the influence of radiation on blood images, 467 radiologists were selected as occupational health examinations for the observation group and the exposure dose was investigated. Another 176 non-exposure to radiation medical staff as a control group, uniform inspection standards, the results were compared. The results showed that the appearance of abnormal blood in the observation group and the decline in the mean total blood cells than the control group were significantly (P <0.01). However, there was no obvious change of blood meteorological indexes between different cumulative dose, average dose and radiation length of service (P> 0.05).
