鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)与人乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)同属嗜肝DNA病毒科,DHBV感染的鸭,可造成为较好的HBV动物模型和作为嗜肝病毒科分子病毒学研究的材料。为查明不同鸭种的垂直感染情况,本文采用斑点杂交方法对广州地区3个主要鸭种1日龄雏鸭携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)进行了调查,广州麻鸭1日龄DHBVDNA阳性率为14/50(28%),樱桃谷鸭1日龄为2/10(20%),野水鸭1日龄为8/10(80%)。提示野水鸭垂直感染率最高,对追踪DHBV基因同源性和基因变异提供了良好的材料。
Duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) and human hepatitis B virus (HBV) belong to Hepadnaviridae, DHBV infected ducks, can cause better HBV animal model and as molecular biology of Hepatitis virus molecular virology research . In order to find out the vertical infection of different duck breeds, Dot-blot hybridization was used to investigate the DHBV carried by 1-day-old ducklings from 3 major duck breeds in Guangzhou. One-day-old DHBV DNA positive The rate of 14/50 (28%), Cherry Valley ducks 1 day old 2/10 (20%), wild ducks 1 day old 8/10 (80%). It is suggested that wild duck has the highest vertical infection rate and provides a good material for tracing the homology and genetic variation of DHBV gene.
