“就业难”主要是指大学生就业难,“民工荒”是指民工短缺现象。当前,就业难和用工荒之间存在很大的不对称性,使得“就业难”和“民工荒”并存成为一个社会问题。本文以“就业难”和“民工荒”并存的现象为切入点,在分析“就业难”和“民工荒”并存现象的基础上,重点探讨了缓解就业难和“民工荒”问题的措施,旨在说明促进产业结构协调发展的重要性,以期为摆脱“就业难”和“民工荒”现状提供参考。
