羌活提取物具有显著的抗金黄色葡萄球菌的活性。本次以生物活性为导向,从正己烷提取物分离得到2个活性成分 falcarindiol (1)和phenethyl femlate(2),化合物1的活性强于化合物2。
Alpinia extract has significant anti-Staphylococcus aureus activity. This activity was guided by biological activity. Two active ingredients, falcarindiol (1) and phenethyl femlate (2), were isolated from the n-hexane extract. The activity of Compound 1 was stronger than that of Compound 2.
