从优化设计原则、温度场模拟计算、裂缝导流能力优化、人工裂缝优化及压裂施工参数优化等五个方面介绍了塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层水力压裂工艺技术,以造长缝增加沟通远井缝洞几率和扩大渗滤面积为设计原则,根据温度场的模拟变化情况,调整稠化剂用量,降低交联比,加大破胶剂量以及使用快速破胶剂。裂缝无因次导流能力控制在3~5之间,对于裂缝较发育的储层,压裂形成3条裂缝增产效果较好。前置液量占总液量的40%~50%,施工砂比25%,施工排量在5.0m3/min以下,注入方式采用(89mm油管注入。
