目的探讨口腔修复中应用磁性附着体的效果。方法选择牙列缺损患者15例,通过将磁性附着体安置在患者口腔内的残根残冠或者余留牙上的方法对患者的义齿进行全覆盖修复,同时对患者义齿修复后的咀嚼、固定以及患者对修复体的使用满意情况进行随访观察,为期3年。结果随访3年,基牙发生龈炎4颗,但经卫生指导后有所缓解。基牙并未出现松动,根面板未脱落,义齿未折裂,继发龋并未出现,义齿固位效果良好。结论在口腔修复中应用磁性附着体优点显著,其适应证较广,取戴简易方便,临床应用前景广阔。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying magnetic attachments in oral repair. Methods Fifteen patients with dentition defect were selected. The patients ’dentures were covered and repaired by placing the magnetic attachments on the residual residual crowns or remaining teeth in the oral cavity of patients. At the same time, the chewing and fixation of patients’ Satisfaction with the restoration of the use of follow-up observation period of 3 years. Results Follow-up 3 years, gingivitis occurred in 4 abutments, but after the guidance of health relief. The abutment did not appear loose, the root panel did not fall off, denture did not fracture, secondary caries did not appear, denture retention effect is good. Conclusion The application of magnetic attachments in oral repair has many advantages, such as wide indications, simple and convenient to wear, and broad clinical application.
