本文对14名心力衰竭患儿口服地高辛后进行血浓度测定,有效血浓度为0.3—2.7 ng/ml(平均1.65ng/ml)。结合临床观察,我们认为按常规剂量给予是安全有效的,临床控制心衰症状满意。通过血浓度测定,说明地高辛有效血浓度范围较宽,洋地黄效应在较低血浓度时,已有治疗作用。在儿科领域内,各不同年龄小儿的体重及体表面积相差悬殊,按照公斤体重或体表面积计算用药
