我国现有各种吨位的转炉118座(据1984年统计),转炉的产量在1985年为1730万吨,如果全部装上煤气回收设施,按日本向宝钢所提供的保证值计算,每年可回收煤气13.8亿Nm~3,发热值按1800Kcal/Nm~3计算,相当于标准煤39万吨,但目前仅回收3~4万吨,因此,转炉煤气回收的潜力很大。合理地利用二次能源是节能和改善环境,促进钢铁工业现代化的重要措施。要改变我国炼钢转炉煤气回收技术的落后状况,首先应将回收利用转炉煤气项目列入发展转
