应用额肌瓣矫治上睑下垂１４３例，２２１眼。随访１０７例，１６８眼。用５项指标进行近期和远期疗效对比，结果显示：睑裂自然开闭、上睑缘弧度满意率为１００％，双重睑、双眼睑裂对称反远期疗效较近期稍差，睑闭合度远期疗技较近斯为好。
The amount of application of muscle flap correction 143 cases of ptosis, 221 eyes. Follow-up 107 cases, 168 eyes. Five indexes were used to compare the short-term and long-term effects. The results showed that the palpebral fissure opened and closed naturally, the satisfaction rate of the upper eyelid arc was 100% Long-term treatment is better for Sri Lanka.
