终于松了一口气,中海油“明智”地退出了优尼科公司收购案,而且选择了一个恰到好处的时机。投资者对中海油的决定给予充分肯定,退出决定公布后,中海油股价迅速蹿升。热热闹闹几个月。一件原本再普通不过的商业收购案,因为是中国公司收购美国公司,于是在美国掀起一场轩然大波,商业行为变成政治阴谋,企业收购企业变成了中国“威胁”美国经济安全,味道全变了。就中海油自身来说,参与这场跨国并购,准备不可谓不充分,绝非外界某些猜测那样。但是这种准备的性质,充其量也就是为了应对一桩较为复杂的商业收购,除此之外,并未涉及太多。
