在河南省林州市红旗渠纪念馆,一个黑色木箱子给人们留下深刻的印象。那是上世纪60年代修渠时的炸药箱,外观平淡无奇,盖子内壁则贴着一张字条,泛黄斑驳的纸页上,“收据”两个字隐约可辨。这是时任红旗渠工程指挥部组织股股长彭士俊,常年驻守工地,衣物无处存放,后来由财务部门作价,买了个废弃的炸药箱。彭士俊怕影响不好,干脆把收据贴在箱子上。
