患者,女性,45岁,工人。主诉。周身刺痒,大片发疹伴胸闷、心慌3天。颜面潮红,面部散在风团,咽部充血,前胸、后背、腹部、大腿外侧均有大小不等风团,圆形或不规则形,色深红,边缘清楚。心电图检查,窦性心动过速,ST_(II、III、aVF)降低,T_(aVF)倒置、~(11)低平。治疗:口服维生素C0.2g扑尔敏8mg,各1日3次,10％葡萄糖500ml,加维生素C2g,氟美松10mg静点,同时应用祛风活络,清热解毒中药痊愈。
Patient, female, 45 years old, worker. Chief complaint. Whole body itching, large rash with chest tightness, palpitation for 3 days. Face flush, the face scattered in the wind group, throat congestion, chest, back, abdomen, thighs outside the range of sizes ranging from round or irregular, dark red, clear edge. Electrocardiogram, sinus tachycardia, ST_ (II, III, aVF) decreased, T_ (aVF) inversion, ~ (11) low level. Treatment: Oral vitamin C0.2g chlorpheniramine 8mg, each on the 1st 3 times, 10% glucose 500ml, plus vitamin C2g, dexamethasone 10mg static point, while the application of Qufeng active detoxification Chinese medicine healed.
