患者,男,45岁。于2011年8月诊断为鼻咽癌(T2N2M0,Ⅲa期),2013年6月肿瘤鼻咽局部复发。2016年3月患者因感冒出现左侧面部麻木不适,伴左侧耳部刺痛(5~6h)、呕吐、乏力,第2天患者遂到当地诊所,予以青霉素、罗红霉素口服抗感染治疗,患者经抗感染治疗后呕吐、乏力较前好转,第3天晨起患者左耳流出黄色脓液,之后一直感觉左耳涨满感。2016年4月因肿瘤复查再次入
