目的:了解湖州市南浔区工业企业职业卫生防治现状,分析存在的问题及原因并提出建议。方法:选取381家存在职业病危害因素的工业企业,采用调查问卷、询问相关负责人和查阅资料等方式收集资料,从职业病危害因素监测和职业卫生管理两方面进行调查。结果:①大型企业职业病危害因素监测与职业卫生管理情况较好,中小型企业问题严重,尤以小型企业突出。②化学原料及化学制品制造业企业职业病危害因素监测与职业卫生管理情况略好,皮革、羽毛(绒)及其制品业企业最差。结论:南浔区中小企业职业卫生防治现状不容乐观,应进一步加强职业卫生法律知识培训和宣传、建立信息联通机制、实现管理网络化、加大执法力度,加强职业卫生技术服务机构建设等。
Objective: To understand the status quo of occupational health prevention and control of industrial enterprises in Nanxun District of Huzhou City, analyze the existing problems and their causes, and give suggestions. Methods: 381 industrial enterprises with occupational hazards were selected. Data were collected through questionnaires, relevant responsible persons and access to information. Surveys were conducted from occupational hazards monitoring and occupational health management. Results: ① The monitoring and occupational health management of occupational hazards in large-scale enterprises are good. The problems of small and medium-sized enterprises are serious, especially for small enterprises. ② Chemical raw materials and chemicals manufacturing enterprises Occupational hazards monitoring and occupational health management slightly better, leather, feathers (cashmere) and its products industry’s worst. Conclusion: The status quo of occupational health prevention and control of SMEs in Nanxun District is not optimistic. Training and publicity of legal knowledge on occupational health should be further strengthened, an information communication mechanism should be set up, network management should be strengthened, law enforcement should be strengthened, and the construction of technical service institutions for occupational health should be strengthened.
