本文介绍了电子束焊机的组成及工作原理 ,并对电子束焊机的控制原理和作用进行分析 ,提出用三菱公司的 FX系列的可编程逻辑控制器对电子束焊机进行逻辑控制。工作台控制则通过采用 PL C的高速输出口和 PL C特殊摸块功能技术 ,实现了工作台的精密控制。结合电子束焊机对控制系统要求及焊接工艺需要 ,分别对控制软件的作用和软件构成进行了详细的说明。控制系统硬件及软件经过设备的运行表明 :控制系统的硬、软件功能完善、工作可靠。
This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the electron beam welding machine, and analyzes the control principle and function of the electron beam welding machine. It puts forward to use Mitsubishi FX series programmable logic controller to control the electron beam welding machine. Workbench control through the use of PL C high-speed output port and PL C special touch block function technology to achieve the precision workbench control. Combined with the requirements of the control system and the welding process of the electron beam welding machine, the functions of the control software and the software constitution are respectively described in detail. Control system hardware and software through the operation of the device shows that: control system hardware and software functions perfect, reliable work.
