受陕西省科学技术协会委托,陕西省灾害防御协会于3月22日至23日在西安主持召开了“陕西省1991年度自然灾害趋势会商会”。来自省气象、农牧、水利、林业、地震、地矿等省级防灾主管部门,科研单位,高等院校的专家、教授、科技人员以及特邀专家55人参加了会议。副省长姜信真、省政府特邀顾问林季周同志出席会议并讲了话。会议对我省1991年度旱涝、洪水、农业病虫害、地震、滑波、泥石流、环境污染、森林火灾、城市地质灾害等主要自然灾害的发展趋势进行了预测,并提出了“1991年度陕西省主要自然灾害趋势预测及对策”的综合研究报告。会商会认为:“1991年度我省的自然灾害从总体来说仍属中等偏重年份,局部地区将出现
Commissioned by the Shaanxi Provincial Association of Science and Technology, Shaanxi Provincial Association for Disaster Prevention hosted the “1991 Shaanxi Province Natural Disaster Trends Chamber of Commerce” in Xi’an from March 22 to March 23 in Xi’an.
