民族传统体育作为农村体育的重要组成部分,它作为中华民族优秀传统文化的象征,在农村体育建设中占据着不可或缺的地位。本文从民族传统体育的定义入手,结合其独有的特性,深入分析了民族传统体育与农村体育建设的关系,并从农民个人、社会关系以及农村整体经济发展方面论述了民族传统体育在农村体育建设中的重要意义,为农村体育事业的发展起到了一定指导作用。
