对我国东北野生树莓种质资源蓬蘽悬钩子光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,蓬蘽悬钩子净光合速率日变化呈“双峰”曲线,有明显的“午休”现象;净光合速率(Pn)与蒸腾速率(E)呈极显著正相关,与气孔导度(Gs)呈显著正相关,与细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)呈极显著负相关,光量子通量密度是影响蓬蘽悬钩子净光合速率的主导因子;蓬蘽悬钩子叶片的光补偿点为23.30μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为866.47μmol·m-2·s-1,具有喜光和耐阴双重特性。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Rubus macrophyllus from the wild raspberry germplasm in Northeast China were studied. The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of Rubus albidus showed “double peak ” curve with significant “lunch break ” phenomenon; the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) had significant positive correlation with transpiration rate (E) Stomatal conductance (Gs) was positively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was significantly negatively correlated, the photon flux density is the dominant factor affecting the net photosynthetic rate of Puma Puti Penelope; light compensation Point is 23.30μmol · m-2 · s-1, and the light saturation point is 866.47μmol · m-2 · s-1, which has both light and shade tolerance.
