1986年8月至1989年12月我科收治无脐带因素分娩663例,脐带异常255例,现后者的诊断与处理探讨分析如下: 临床资料一、一般情况本组脐带异常255例中脐带绕颈218例(23.7%),缠绕颈部最多达4.5周,缠绕肢体和躯干6例,脐带过短15例,脐带打结12例,脐头脱垂4例。本组年龄最大35岁,最小20岁,初产妇162例,经产妇93例,新生儿出生体重<2500克8例,2500～4000克243例,>4000克4例。二、胎儿宫内窘迫其主要表现为胎心音改变、羊水粪染Ⅱ0
