1983年1月至1984年8月我科在门诊首次开展用ATP下鼻甲粘膜下注射治疗萎缩性鼻炎,共122例,其中以青壮年女性多见。并分析了它的主要临床表现及受累的鼻甲部位。近期疗效满意,控制、好转率达88.5%。96例经6～18个月随访观察,疗效仍能维持。作者推测A7P的治疗机理可能与该药能改善机体代谢、扩张血管、改善局部循环障碍及增强细胞膜
