目的 探讨低剂量电离辐射对晶体的影响。方法 用 2 5和 5 0cGy6 0 Coγ射线一次照射兔眼后 ,定期用透射电镜 (TEM)和裂隙灯显微镜 (SLM )观察晶体组织及形态学变化。结果 TEM观察到 2 5和 5 0cGy照射后早期均有明显晶体上皮细胞损伤 ,表现为胞浆内粗面内质网、线粒体和高尔基氏器等膜性结构水肿及空泡变 ,细胞间和胞浆内明显水肿 ,大量空泡形成及层状小体增多。 5 0cGy组更明显。SLM观察发现两剂量组照射后 5个月 ,其晶体后囊下均出现空泡状混浊 ,5 0cGy组照射后 11个月 ,其晶体后囊下及深层皮质出现烟雾状混浊。 结论 本研究结果表明 ,2 5及5 0cGy两低剂量照射后均有明显的晶体损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of low dose ionizing radiation on the crystal. Conclusion The results of this study show that 25 and 50 cGy low dose radiation have obvious crystal damage.
