研究了在磷酸介质中柠檬酸存在下痕量V(Ⅴ) 催化溴酸钾氧化对氯偶氮氯膦的反应及反应的动力学条件, 建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量V(Ⅴ)的新方法, 该方法的检出限为4-73×10-11 g/ml, 线性范围为0-001 ~10 μg/25 ml。将该体系用于巯基葡聚糖凝胶(SDG) 分离后测定痕量V( Ⅴ) , 方法的选择性、灵敏度都很高。用于样品中痕量V( Ⅴ) 测定,结果令人满意。
The kinetic conditions for the reaction of trace potassium (Ⅴ) to chloro-chlorophosphonazo and the reaction conditions in the presence of citric acid in phosphoric acid medium were studied.
