目的探讨医疗联合体区域内的医疗机构和社区卫生服务机构实现消毒资源共享和供应集中化管理的有效途径。方法医疗联合体区域内具备消毒供应资质的三级医院消毒供应中心对一定区域内不同级别的医疗机构实施消毒供应集中化。结果在医疗联合体区域内发挥三级医院专业技术优势和资源优势,达到资源共享,三级医院消毒供应中心实施集中化供应,使基层医疗机构的诊疗器具清洗、消毒、灭菌流程标准化、规范化,保证消毒灭菌物品质量,有效防控医院感染发生,保障患者生命安全使消毒供应集约化、规范化、同质化。结论医联体内三级医院消毒供应中心对一定区域内不同级别的医疗机构实施集中化供应推进优质资源的整合,可以有效提升基层医院消毒灭菌物品质量。
