京城大厦48、28和26层楼面防水采用辽宁盘锦新型防水材料厂用滚压成型水冷新工艺生产的MEE-4型改性氧化沥青油毡。这种油毡是用改性氧化沥青和3层聚乙烯塑料薄膜滚压而成的,油毡表面各采用1层0.01mm厚的聚乙烯塑料胎体,油毡厚4 mm,其各项技术性能均优于传统沥青油毡,施工简便,造价低。该油毡生产采用从西班牙泰克斯萨公司引进的技术和设备。京城大厦工程所使用的改性氧化沥青油毡的规格为1000×1100×4 mm(长×宽×厚);抗拉强度纵向>60N/2.5cm,横向>50N/2.5cm;断裂伸长率>300%;耐热
