目的了解深圳市钩端螺旋体宿主动物的主要种类、密度、以及感染率和感染类型的分布情况,为钩端螺旋体病防治提供有利的科学依据。方法参照国标WS290-2008《端螺旋体病诊断标准》和广东卫生防疫90年增刊《病原微生物诊断标准》,采集动物脏器和血清进行病原学分离培养和抗体检测。结果从深圳市罗湖、福田、南山、宝安等4个区捕获的448只鼠肾中分离出一株钩端螺旋体,鉴定为爪哇群。4区的鼠血清平均抗体阳性率依次为24%、62.5%、15%、20.81%,分属10个群,其中以波摩那群最高,占44.06%、爪哇群次之。结论深圳市鼠类动物钩端螺旋体隐性感染水平较高,需继续加强监测。
Objective To understand the main species, density, infection rate and infection distribution of Leptospira in Shenzhen, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of Leptospirosis. Methods According to the national standard WS290-2008 “Diagnostic Criteria of Leptospirosis” and the Supplementary “Diagnostic Criteria of Pathogenic Microorganisms” of Guangdong Health and Epidemic Prevention 90 years ago, animal organs and serum were collected for pathogen isolation and antibody detection. Results One strain of Leptospira was isolated from 448 rat kidneys captured in 4 districts of Luohu, Futian, Nanshan and Bao’an, Shenzhen, and identified as Java group. The positive rates of serum antibodies in 4 districts were 24%, 62.5%, 15% and 20.81%, respectively, belonging to 10 groups, of which the highest was Pomona, accounting for 44.06%. Conclusions The level of Leptospira latent infection in rodents in Shenzhen is high, and the surveillance should be strengthened.
