通过对醋酸乙酯-茶多酚-水萃取体系的分析,采用逐级萃取的方法,研究了萃取混合时间与萃取相茶多酚浓度的关系、萃取温度对萃取过程的影响、相平衡分配比随逐级萃取平衡级数变化的规律。研究结果表明,茶多酚萃取过程以扩散传质为主,一级萃取相平衡分配比为1.6左右,萃取操作温度宜控制在15℃以下。建议工业生产采用三级逆流萃取。
Through the analysis of ethyl acetate - tea polyphenols - water extraction system, the method of stepwise extraction was used to study the relationship between extraction and mixing time and the concentration of tea polyphenols in the extraction phase.
