成都市不断加强社会组织中党组织作用的发挥,取得较好成效。截止2014年12月底,成都市登记注册的社会组织总数达7580个,从业人员30.9万人,党员2.3万人。全市社会组织建立党组织1521个,覆盖社会组织4890个,覆盖率达64.5%。在“两个覆盖”上下功夫,为党组织发挥作用夯实基础。一是创新组建模式。以党建工作指导团(站)为统领,通过“建、联、挂、派”等方式,在区(市)县、街道、村(社区)探索建立社会组织党建工作指导团(站),全面推动社会组织党组
