对车削过程中的声发射特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:切削过程中产生突发型特征的剪切滑移、切屑折断、刀具破损的声发射信号各不相同;切屑形状与声发射信号特征有一定的对应关系。
The acoustic emission characteristics of the turning process were studied. The results show that the acoustic emission signals of shear slippage, chip breakage and tool breakage are different during the cutting process. The shapes of the chip and the characteristics of acoustic emission signals are correspondingly related.
