采用脉冲技术以气相苯加氢为探针反应,首次研究了轻稀土元素Ce、Pr、Nd对化学还原法制备的非晶态NiB合金催化剂的加氢及抗硫性能的影响.用XRD鉴定结构;用DSC测定晶化温度;并用吸附CO、TPR、TPD等手段表征了轻稀土对非晶态NiB合金催化剂表面性质的影响.结果表明,轻稀土的加入可提高NiB合金的热稳定性、活性和抗硫性.其原因为轻稀土元素与NiB合金间的相互作用使NiB合金的表面性质发生了变化,活性镍表面积增大,同时降低了反应的活化能.
The pulsed technique was used to probe the hydrogenation of benzene in gaseous phase. The effect of light rare earth elements Ce, Pr and Nd on the hydrogenation and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy catalysts prepared by chemical reduction was investigated for the first time. The structure was characterized by XRD. The crystallization temperature was measured by DSC. The effects of light rare earth on the surface properties of amorphous NiB alloy catalysts were characterized by adsorption of CO, TPR and TPD. The results show that the addition of light rare earth can improve the thermal stability, activity and sulfur resistance of NiB alloy. The reason is that the interaction between light rare earth element and NiB alloy changes the surface properties of NiB alloy, the surface area of active nickel increases, and the activation energy of reaction decreases.
