目的:探讨宣肺解热口服液解热、抗炎、调节免疫药理作用,为临床治疗感染性疾病提供理论依据。方法:采用伤寒菌苗耳缘静脉注射于大白兔产生发热动物模型,观察宣肺解热口服液的解热作用;采用0.6%HAC对小鼠腹腔注射所致毛细血管通透性增高的动物模型,观察宣肺解热口服液的抗炎作用
Objective: To investigate the antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and immunoregulatory effects of Xuanfei Jiere Oral Liquid, and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of infectious diseases. METHODS: A febrile animal model of typhoid bacterin seedlings was injected into the rabbits’ ear vein to observe the antipyretic effect of Xuanfei Jiere Oral Liquid; an animal model of increased capillary permeability induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% HAC in mice was used.
