英语句子中 ,语法或语义关系密切的两个词语一般都紧挨在一起 ,为了某种原因 ,根据英语行文习惯也可以把两个有关成分分开 ,这种语言现象称之为词语的分隔。还有一种情况 ,有些词语在句中紧挨在一起 ,其中一个词语从语法或语义上看 ,有时与它前面的词语相关 ,有时则与它后面的词语相关 ,这种语言现象称之为关联。遇到上述两种情况时 ,应适当处理分析 ,做到词义连贯、清晰 ,一气呵成。
