本文采用悬浮式微电极方法记录了蟾蜍在体及离体心肌细胞的动作电位及心电图,结果图形都非常清楚。心肌细胞动作电位和心电图的同时记录对作用于心脏的一些基本因素的研究具有一定的实用价值。
In this paper, the action potential and ECG of toads in vivo and in vitro myocardial cells were recorded by suspension microelectrode method. The results are very clear. Simultaneous recordings of cardiomyocyte action potential and electrocardiogram have some practical value for the study of some basic factors acting on the heart.
