测定土壤全氮,一般都采用开氏定氮法。开氏定氮法的缺点是繁琐、冗长,需要设备多、时间长。我们对氨电极法测定土壤全氮量进行了研究,并与开氏法进行对比,发现只要掌握好测量条件,其精密度、准确度两者接近,重现性、稳定性良好,而方法简单、便利,可提高工作效率四倍,节电四分之三,值得推广。 一、测定方法 离子选择电极的测试方法有标准曲线法,已知添加法和格氏作图法等几种。据试验,目前的商品氨电极,其测量电位稳定性较差。在以全氮消化试剂为本底的标准铵系列中,其工作曲线的重视性、稳定性欠佳,一小时内曲线可平移几个毫伏。致使无法应用曲线进行测试。
