一、资本运营与资本产出率 目前我国经济中的两个根本性问题是资本产出率低和投资的资金来源不足。资本产出率能否提高?不靠扩大银行信贷及增发货币能否解决投资资金来源不足的问题?就目前我国巨大的资金沉量来说,依资本运营方式来解决上述问题,实乃当务之急。 现在议论的集约型经济增长方式,实质是指资本的流动与重组,或曰资本运营,其目的就是在利润最大化的原则下使资本在再生产过程中实现保值和增值,使资本运用得更充
I. Capital Operation and Capital Output Rates At present, two fundamental problems in China’s economy are the low rate of capital production and the lack of funds for investment. Whether the rate of capital output can be raised? Does not rely on the expansion of bank credit and the issue of currency can solve the problem of inadequate funding sources for investment? For the current huge capital sink in China, it is imperative to solve these problems according to the capital operation method. The intensive economic growth mode now being discussed is essentially the flow and reorganization of capital, or the operation of capital, and its purpose is to maintain capital and increase the value of capital in the reproduction process under the principle of maximizing profits, so that capital can be used more efficiently.
