针对压裂车车架的疲劳寿命,以当前常用的SYL2500型压裂车为研究对象,就路面冲击载荷与五缸泵激励入手,分析车架的有限元瞬态动力,并以此为根据,深度剖析运移、压裂两典型工况的车架疲劳寿命,最后得出常规正弦荷载下,车架纵梁与横梁可达无限寿命,但在复杂条件下焊接位置将最先产生疲劳破坏,需对其引起高度重视的结论。
Aiming at the fatigue life of FRP frame, the commonly used SYL2500 fracturing truck is taken as the research object. Based on the pavement impact load and five-cylinder pump excitation, the finite element transient dynamics of the frame is analyzed. Finally, the fatigue life of the frame with two typical working conditions of migration and fracturing is analyzed in depth. Finally, under the normal sinusoidal load, the longitudinal beams and beams of the frame can reach an infinite life, but under the complicated conditions, the welding position will be the first to cause fatigue damage, It needs to attach great importance to the conclusion.
