人是有感情的动物,以家为坐标原点的亲情、友情、爱情等和谐的感情为休闲的内容之一。笔者拟从对陶渊明诗文以及宋词中所蕴含的亲情友情爱情意蕴的探微中去体验亲情友情爱情给予人身心自由愉悦的休闲。亲情友情爱情这些“闲”情荡涤诗人词人及世人的心,使人可以获得片刻或长久的心闲自适。通过文中抒写“闲”情的诗文词作,我们不仅可以透视且懂得陶渊明及宋代词人何以能快乐悠闲的生活,而且还可以从中体悟到身心愉悦的休闲生活的生命韵味。
Human beings are the animals with emotions, and the harmonious feelings of friendship, love and so on are the content of recreation at home as the origin of coordinates. The author intends to experience love and affection of family and friends to give freedom of body and mind to leisure from the exploration of Tao Yuanming’s poetry and the love affinities contained in Song poetry. Affection friendship and love these “idly ” affectionate poet poets and people’s hearts, people can get a moment or long-term self-confidence. We can not only see and understand the life of Tao Yuanming and the Ci poets of the Song Dynasty, but also understand the life charm of the leisure life which is pleasing to the mind and body.
