对刚-塑性材料的平面变形问题,用滑移线场理论求解时,须按构成的滑移线网求数值解。但是做滑移线网常常是很麻烦的事,尤其是对复杂的滑移线网。我们建议一个不必精确构成滑移线网,只知大致塑性区外廓,就能求出更接近真实解变形力的新方法。这种方法的基本思想如下。首先,由实验大致设定塑性区的外廓形状(如观察晶粒变化,吕德斯带和网格变形等),并令此外廓曲线满足反映静力平衡条件和屈服
For the plane-deformation problem of rigid-plastic materials, when the slip line field theory is used to solve, the numerical solution should be calculated according to the formed slip line network. However, slipping nets are often troublesome, especially for complex slip lines. We suggest that one does not need to accurately construct the slip line network, only know the outline of the roughly plastic zone, and it can find a new method that is closer to the deformation force of the real solution. The basic idea of this method is as follows. First, the outer shape of the plastic zone is roughly set by the experiment (such as observing the change of crystal grain, the Rudes band and the deformation of the grid, etc.), and make the profile curve satisfy the conditions of static equilibrium and yield.
