目的:观察清带方抑菌活性和对小鼠细菌性阴道炎的治疗作用,探讨可能的作用机制。方法:体外测定清带方对临床常见八种细菌的抑菌作用及MIC;通过腹腔注射不同细菌引起小鼠体内感染制作小鼠阴道混合感染模型,观察其体内抗菌作用和对阴道感染模型小鼠的治疗作用;测定盆腔感染大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6和急性腹腔炎小鼠炎症液NO、NOS水平。结果:清带方对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有一定抑制作用,其MIC分别为0.25、0.0078、0.0625g/ml。清带方各剂量(30g、15g、7.5g/kg)均能明显降低感染小鼠的死亡率,减轻阴道炎小鼠阴道黏膜病变,显著降低炎症因子IL-6、TNF-α、NO、NOS水平。结论:清带方有一定的抗菌活性,并可抑制炎症介质合成和释放。
Objective: To observe the antibacterial activity of Qing-zai Fang and its therapeutic effect on bacterial vaginosis in mice and to explore the possible mechanism. Each dose of ZQD (30g, 15g, 7.5g / kg) could significantly reduce the mortality of mice infected with vaginitis and reduce the vaginal mucosal lesion in mice with vaginitis, and significantly reduce the levels of IL-6, TNF- Level. Conclusion: ZQD has some antibacterial activity and inhibits the synthesis and release of inflammatory mediators.
