中国国际贸易促进委员会专利代理部于1990年3月14日举办了保护计算机软件讲座。主讲人为机械电子工业部计算机与信息发展研究中心主任、高级工程师应明。参加讲座的有中国国际贸易促进委员会副会长王守茂及专利代理部、商标代理部和信息部负责人,此外,还有中国专利局法律部和审查三部法律研究人员、审查人员,共约40人参加讲座。
