C145—3型混凝土搅拌机,由于操作简便,应用比较广泛,维修量很大。在大修过程中,最感困难的是搅拌筒滚道磨损后,因受设备本身条件的限制很难恢复,造成很大的浪费。我处机修厂在承担全处各单位搅拌机的大修中,利用搅拌机本身的结构稍加改装,用车刀把磨损成椭圆的原滚道车圆,再镶成一个新的滚道,使搅拌机性能得到恢复。但该机在使用过程中,由于滚筒的滚道磨损较为严重,而且两个滚道的磨损量还不一样,因此,给维修工作带来了不少麻烦。下面将我们在维修滚道过程中,所采用的方法作一简介。
