高职院校是高等教育领域中的新生事物,是大专院校当中特色鲜明的一类,它承担着为国家培养高级专业技术人才的任务。中共中央国务院.关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见中明确指出:“学校教育要坚持育人为本、德育为先,把人才培养作为根本任务,把思想政治教育摆在首要位置。因此,高职院校在培养高技术人才方面不仅要致力于提高教育、教学质量,致力于提高管理层次、管理水平,更重要的是要做好学生思想政治教育。”如何做好高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作是摆在我们每一个职教工作者面前的课题。
