森林采伐是是连接森林经营与社会需求重要环节,同样也是森林资源经营管理基本手段。通过实施森林采伐措施,可以有效的控制森林年采伐量,从而达到逐年增加森林资源的存量和实现森林永续利用、改善生态环境的目的。
