随着人类社会的进步,人们对生活及美学的要求也随之提高;社会对残疾病人福利事业的关注,使眼科医生对整形手术愈加重视。但以往对义眼的装配尚存在许多问题,诸如眼球摘除时,未考虑到义眼装配的美观及活动范围,故不采用义眼座的植入,术后常有眼窝下陷,上穹窿部向后上倾斜,眼眶深度增加,义眼活动度也很微小,给病人造成美学方面的不足,因此为了解决这方面的问题我们采用了活动义眼座的二期植入,经术后随访效果良好,现将初步结果报告如下:

Therefore, implantation of the eyelid is not used. After the tilt, the depth of the orbit, the sense of eye activity is also very small, resulting in the patient’s aesthetic deficiencies, so in order to solve this problem, we use the active phase of the second base of the occipital implant, the postoperative follow-up effect is good , The preliminary results are reported as follows:
