社区服务是现代文明社会的象征.可以这样说,社区服务在一个国家发展的程度,标志着这个国家社会文明发达的程度.综观世界各国的社区服务,它们都是在一定的架构中发展的.那么,中国的社区服务到底有没有自己的发展架构和模式?如果有,它们又是什么?在指导和规范中国社区服务的发展中,它们是否能够发挥作为一个架构的统帅和整合功能?如果不能,原因何在?中国是否需要发展一个统一的社区服务发展架构?为此,我们在理论上和实践上又需要做哪些工作?等等,本文就此谈点看法.
Community service is a symbol of modern civilized society. It can be said that the extent to which community service is developed in a country marks the extent to which social civilization in this country is well developed and that all the countries in the world look at community services and they all develop within a certain framework. So, in the end, do China’s community services have their own development framework and mode? If so, what are they? In the development and guidance of China’s community services, can they play the role of commander in chief and an integrated function? If not What are the reasons for this and whether China needs to develop a unified framework for the development of community services? To do this, what work do we need to do theoretically and practically?
